I watched both English over dub and original Japanese with subtitle.
Both of them are made really well. Visuals are pretty real for animation like this. Especially if the expression of light and water are stunning. I often watch Japanese animation, but no other Japanese animation have this realistic quality. Of course, Makoto Shinkai and Hayao Miyazaki do amazing job at depicting scenery, but Isamu Imakake did a good job in a different way.
I think this film tells important message. Nowadays, there are too many strugglesconflicts between people, religions, and anything else. This film reminds us why we have to cooperate each other and love one another.
