I'm guessing the title of this Italian sci-fi comedy translates as HELLO MARTIAN! or the like. It's an extremely broad, low budget little film, one of many that came out after Spielberg's CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND caused a worldwide interest in the science fiction genre. Pippo Franco plays Bix, a comedic green-skinned alien astronaut who arrives on Earth in his UFO and gets involved in various misadventures with the scatty characters that he comes across. It's very much a local product, focusing on characters constantly mugging and delivering gags and one-liners that'll play best in Italy.
