HORROR IN THE WIND is one of those times I watched a movie and finished it still having no idea what I'd just seen. I still don't know even know, even though the film plays out in linear fashion. It appears to be some kind of comedy, but if so then it's the kind that just isn't funny at all, unless crude humour and bad actors mugging at the screen is your idea of a laugh.

The tale is about a scientific experiment carried out in a laboratory by a couple of dweebs. The experiment has been funded by staunch conservatives in the White House in order to put an end to people's sex drives, but it ends up having the opposite effect, releasing a pheromone that has the power to alter sexuality. What we get are a lot of lame sex scenes that try so hard to be funny but really aren't. It's a frankly embarrassing waste of time and effort.
