The catch is that those who accept these organs must also sign a ''Conscientious Usage'' contract that allows Canary to repo the organs if the recipient abuses their body.

Review:
I wanted to like it. I really did. Unlike over half the people in the theatre at the Vancouver Film Festival this past year, I didn't get up and leave halfway through. I didn't laugh out loud at how bad it was. I patiently sat in my seat, cataloguing every detail, assuming it would all somehow turn out to be important at the end, hoping that it would all be worth it. But it wasn't.
About 15 minutes of story is agonizingly stretched into a 93 minute feature-length movie, which subsequently feels like a 3 hour marathon. Foreign language dialogue stretches on for 5 or 10 minutes at a time, with no subtitles, while the Canary Agent stands around. Insipid office dialogue about coffee orders and weekend breaks stretches on for 5 or 10 minutes at a time, while the Canary Agent stands around. It might have made a clever short film, but a clever short film does not always a good feature film make.
I enjoy all kinds of films, long and short, action-packed or beautifully minimalistic, but this was an endurance contest, and an insult to my attention span.
