  Urban artist Benny is perplexed at why his clandestine video projects are having an addictive effect on the people around him, and he is even more confused when a new, similarly addictive drug hits the streets. As things start to spiral out of control, he must rely on the ex-CIA experience of two of his disillusioned 'clients' to try to get to the bottom of things before its too late.
