Mihm's ATTACK OF THE MOON ZOMBIES opens w ominous narration, setting up the sci-fi extravaganza that follows. In the far-flung future, workers at a moon base have more than boredom to worry about when something goes horribly awry. A form of alien plant life is discovered and brought back to the base, where it causes instant death! Oh no! The situation only grows worse when the recently deceased return as the goggle-eyed, artichoke-headed monsters of the title! Mihm mavens will recognize several familiar faces in the various roles. Most notable is Shannon McDonough (IT CAME FROM ANOTHER WORLD, THE GIANT SPIDER) as Dr. Hackett. This movie contains more of the cheeeze-tastic sets, hyper-dramatic dialogue, and heinously hammy acting that make these films enjoyable...
