     Set 60 years after the epic battle between Reigo and the battleship Yamato, humanity is plunged into battle once again against another monster. Global warming has not been stopped, and is wreaking change throughout the ecosystem. An unknown giant monster appears in Tokyo Bay and lands in Asakusa. Cornered and under fierce assault, the monster's body is suddenly bathed in light...

While the special effects are not ILM quality, they are better than in many similar indie films. It is not, however, the special effects that drive the film, but the characters. Stylistically, most of the film is straightforward in its presentation, but the the film rides above a standard kaiju effort when it draws upon the conventions of kabuki theater.
