This is a great movie on so many levels. It looks modern and paints a picture of well-to-do middle class in today's Ukraine making everything look a lot more beautiful than life really is in this country. However, it manages not to go overboard like some other films did before it and maintain a healthy level of believable realism to this hilarious fictional story. Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, looks really beautiful through the eyes of the director of this film. The script is top-notch and could be easily a solid foundation of an international high-grossing movie. Acting was great as well overall. This work hits so many right notes it puts its apart from everything that is being produced in this country these days. Perhaps the only thing that it is lacking is better sound but other than that there's little to dislike a lot of things to enjoy. This is the new level for Ukrainian movies. Now, please, make more great movies like this one.
